CONCLUSIONS: Brodalumab treatment resulted in the reduction of the levels of self-assessed anxiety and depressive symptoms in Japanese patients with psoriasis. Unlike anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms did not resolve completely with brodalumab treatment. Patients with psoriasis having depressive symptoms may require long-term treatment.

CONCLUSIONS: An increase in the anxiety and fear levels associated with the pandemic was observed in geriatric individuals. CONCLUSIONS: A comprehensive analysis of the αβ TCR repertoire in the conjunctiva of the dry eye mouse model was performed. Data in this study contributed significantly to the research on dry eye pathogenesis by demonstrating the TCR gene distribution and disease-specific TCR signatures.
